In a groundbreaking move spearheaded by His Excellency Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, the Adamawa State Ministry of Lands and Survey has unveiled the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the Implementation of the Digital Archive System.
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State administered the oath of office to 25 newly appointed Commissioners, comprising 22 men and three women. The swearing-in ceremony took place on Thursday at the Banquet Hall of the Government House.
